Rarely do my readers get an opportunity to see video clips from the Arab speaking media even if the broadcast is your own country.
The first clip is an excerpt from a Friday sermon by Imam Shaban Sherif Mady in a mosque in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on 16rh February, 2016. It is brief, to the point and interesting.

Two days earlier, 14th February, the Palestinian Authority TV broadcast an unusual brief address by a Palestinian Sheikh, Imad Hamatu who, against the main stream Palestinian view, condemns the ideology of suicide and death worship.

Also from Canada are two brief clips with the interesting comments of a Canadian-Palestinian, Marc Halawi, and his very brief take on historical facts.

And finally, as if to reinforce Halawi’s words, see the flag of Palestine as it appears sometime between 1938 and 1945. How are we able to date it?
